Blackberry Cucumber Vodka Tonic: An Easy Summer Cocktail
How to Make a Blackberry Cucumber Vodka Tonic
Looking for a refreshing summer cocktail that’s easy to make at home? This Blackberry Cucumber Vodka Tonic combines fresh blackberries, crisp cucumber, vodka and tonic water for a simple drink that’s perfect for a warm evening.
Ingredients
- 4 cucumber slices
- 5 fresh blackberries
- 1 cup crushed ice
- 1½ ounces vodka
- 3 ounces tonic water
Directions
Add 3 cucumber slices and 4 blackberries to the bottom of a rocks glass and gently muddle them to release their flavors.
Fill the glass with crushed ice and pour in the vodka. Top with tonic water and gently stir to combine.
Garnish with the remaining cucumber slice and blackberry.
That’s it! Fresh, simple and perfect for a summer happy hour at home.
