Giving Back in San Jose: Supporting Toys for Tots During the 2025 Holiday Season

The holiday season is about more than homes, decorations and shopping. It’s also a wonderful opportunity to come together as a community and help make the season a little brighter for others.

In 2025, I was proud to once again join my Coldwell Banker Realty office in San Jose in supporting Toys for Tots through our annual holiday toy drive.

From November 14 through November 30, 2025, our office at 1712 Meridian Avenue in San Jose served as a collection location for new toys donated for children and families during the holiday season.

Supporting Toys for Tots in San Jose

Toys for Tots has become a familiar holiday tradition for communities across the country, collecting new toys for distribution during the Christmas season.

Being able to participate locally is something I always appreciate.

Real estate gives me the opportunity to work with people throughout San Jose every day, but being part of a community also means finding ways to support it beyond buying and selling homes.

Our 2025 toy drive was one small way our office could help.

More Than Real Estate

One of the things I love about working in San Jose is getting to know the neighborhoods and people that make up this community.

My job may revolve around real estate, but homes are ultimately about people.

They’re where birthdays are celebrated, traditions are created, families gather and holiday memories are made.

That’s why opportunities to give back locally are such an important reminder of what “home” really means.

Looking Ahead to Another Season of Giving

Although the 2025 Toys for Tots collection has ended, I look forward to continuing to support local organizations, community events and causes throughout San Jose.
