Introducing “Say What You Want About Real Estate”: A Silicon Valley Real Estate Podcast
I’m so excited to finally share something that my good friend and fellow REALTOR® Kristina Rogers and I have been working on: our new podcast, Say What You Want About Real Estate!
And yes—the name pretty much tells you what to expect.
We’re two Silicon Valley real estate professionals with a combined 30 years of experience, and we’re ready to talk about real estate without sugarcoating it.
We’re also moms, our husbands both work in the tech world, and we know firsthand that living, working, buying and selling homes in Silicon Valley comes with its own unique set of experiences.
So we decided it was time to talk about them.
Real Estate Conversations Without the Fluff
There’s a lot of real estate information out there.
What we want to bring to the conversation is the perspective that comes from years of actually working with buyers and sellers throughout Silicon Valley.
We’ll talk about the questions people ask us all the time—and probably a few things people are afraid to ask.
What really happens during a multiple-offer situation?
What makes one offer more attractive to a seller than another?
Which home improvements are worth considering before selling?
What do buyers misunderstand about the Silicon Valley market?
What happens behind the scenes during a real estate transaction?

Say What You Want About Real Estate is about having the kinds of conversations Kristina and I already have with each other, our clients, friends and families—only now we’re inviting you into them.
Some episodes will be educational. Some will be opinionated. Some will probably make us laugh.
But our goal is to keep the conversations useful, approachable and based on our experiences working in Silicon Valley real estate.
Real Estate—and Life—in Silicon Valley
Real estate doesn’t happen in a vacuum.
Where we live, how we work, commuting, technology, housing costs, interest rates, home design, schools, lifestyle changes and even what’s happening inside Silicon Valley’s major employers can all influence the decisions people make about where and when to move.
That’s why this podcast won’t only be about contracts and home prices.
We’ll also talk about life in the Valley and the conversations we’re hearing from the people around us.
