National Night Out at Frank Bramhall Park in Willow Glen

National Night Out brought neighbors, friends and families together for an evening of community fun at Frank Bramhall Park (Willow Street Park) in San Jose’s Willow Glen neighborhood.

The August 5 event offered activities for all ages, including a giant jumpy slide, face painting, rock painting, a selfie photo booth, a hula hoop contest and cornhole. Attendees could also enjoy local food trucks and live entertainment.

The evening’s entertainment included live music by Hootenanny and a performance by the Lincoln High School Hip-Hop Dance Team, adding even more local flavor to the celebration.

Events like National Night Out are a fun reminder of what makes our San Jose neighborhoods special: getting outside, meeting the people who live nearby and spending time together as a community.
