One of the perks of being a real estate agent is that my office changes every day.
Some mornings I’m touring homes. Other days I’m meeting clients, negotiating offers, or waiting between showings. And when I need a place to answer emails, review contracts, or work on marketing, you’ll usually find me with my laptop open in one of Willow Glen’s coffee shops.
If you ever see me tucked away in the corner with a coffee in hand, don’t be shy—I’d love to say hello!
Here are a few of my favorite spots around the neighborhood.
Crema Coffee Roasting Co.
If I had to pick one favorite, this would probably be it.
Crema has that perfect neighborhood coffee shop feel—comfortable, welcoming, and easy to settle into for a while. Whether I’m catching up on emails, writing a blog post, or taking a client call, it’s one of my favorite places to work.
The patio is especially nice on sunny mornings, and the coffee never disappoints.
Peet’s Coffee on Lincoln Avenue
Sometimes you just need consistency.
Located right in the heart of Downtown Willow Glen, Peet’s is my go-to when I have an early morning or need reliable Wi-Fi, plenty of seating, and a good workspace. It opens early, which is perfect before a day of showings, and it’s always a dependable stop when my schedule is packed.
Philz Coffee
Every cup at Philz is made to order, which makes it feel a little more special than your average coffee run.
I like stopping here when I want a quieter atmosphere or need a quick break between appointments. It’s also conveniently located near the Tamien Caltrain Station, making it an easy stop for commuters.
Chromatic Coffee
Chromatic is another great stop along Lincoln Avenue and a regular part of my coffee rotation.
Whether I’m trying something new or simply looking for a place that isn’t quite as busy as some of my usual favorites, it’s always a solid choice with consistently good coffee.
One of the Best Parts of Living in Willow Glen
Coffee shops may seem like a small thing, but they say a lot about a neighborhood.
One of the reasons people love Willow Glen is that it’s so easy to spend an entire morning without ever getting in your car. You can grab a coffee, browse the local boutiques, meet a friend for breakfast, or simply enjoy a walk down Lincoln Avenue.
It’s the kind of neighborhood where local businesses thrive, people recognize familiar faces, and weekends move at a slower pace. Those everyday experiences are part of what makes Willow Glen such a wonderful place to call home.
Thinking About Moving to Willow Glen?
Whether you’re looking for your first home, your next home, or you’re getting ready to sell, I’d be happy to share what makes Willow Glen special—from the real estate market to the best place to grab your morning coffee.
And if you happen to spot me working from one of these coffee shops, feel free to stop by and say hello. There’s a good chance I’ll still have a fresh cup of coffee in front of me.
